By accessing or using the Cecillia Laurente website (cecillialaurente.com) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Cecillia Laurente (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

• Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT.
• Payment is processed securely through Yoco. We do not store your card details.
• By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and authorised.
• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of an order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

We offer delivery across South Africa and internationally to select destinations. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Domestic — 3–5 business days for standard; 1–2 business days for express.
• International — 7–14 business days, dependent on customs clearance.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the courier.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs or carrier circumstances beyond our control.

We want you to love every piece. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
• Sale items and bespoke/made-to-measure pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
• To initiate a return, contact us at hello@cecillialaurente.com with your order number.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.

All content on this website — including images, text, design, logos, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Cecillia Laurente (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cecillia Laurente (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

Consumers retain all rights afforded to them under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
